Program Administration and Governance
Belonging to a CARF Accredited organization, Omega Day’s Programs and Services are designed and managed to impact the totality of the Community! All programs and services that are intended for one-toone and are assigned a permanent Staff. This reduces unnecessary interruptions within our Individual’s care continuum. Each Manager can
receive PCP®, ACRE®, Relias® and CARF® Training during their management training phase.
Staff Training and Assignment
We pride ourselves in sourcing, hiring, and retaining top-tiered talent within our industry! Our Program Staff are trained to meet and exceed industry standards, as we strive to meet and maintain CARF accreditation. Our base training model includes Training and Material from Relias, Therapeutic Options, and training on a host of industry standard practices.
